Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer several shipping options for your convenience. The available shipping methods and their associated costs will be displayed during the checkout process. Shipping costs may vary based on the destination and weight of the items in your order.

For larger bulk orders exceeding 30 items, we recommend considering in-person pickup from our location due to the high shipping fees associated with such orders.

Order Processing Time

We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. 

  • Orders with customized text prints are processed and dispatched within 2 to 5 business days from the date of purchase.
  • Orders with colored logo print are processed and dispatched within 4 to 9 business days from the date of purchase.
  • All bulk orders containing more than 20 items will be processed and ready for pickup within 10 business days.

Shipping Time

Shipping times vary depending on your location. The estimated shipping time is as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 2 to 7 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, weather conditions, or carrier disruptions. If you need your order urgently, we encourage you to come and collect it from our location.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery through our website or the carrier's website.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently offer shipping within Canada. If you are located outside of these areas, please contact our customer support for assistance.

Shipping Address

It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address during the checkout process. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost Shipments

In the rare event that your order is lost, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure a satisfactory resolution.
